Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your item in its original MAINGEAR packaging, including all manuals, cables, and components to ensure the system is protected during transit.
Ship to MAINGEAR
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for verification.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
